Our crews thoroughly clear the site of any debris or vegetation and also ensure your house pad is clear of the proper amount of topsoil to decrease the potential of new vegetation from taking root. After the site is clear of all organics, we repack your housepad with the optimal amount of raked dirt to stabilize your foundation and provide ample pad space for a smooth taper.
